Discounts, Exchanges & Backorders
Discounts are only applied to orders paid in full at time of order. Orders purchased through school district purchase orders will not receive a discount unless paid in full at time of order.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Reverence will accept exchanges for size adjustments ONLY. We do not accept exchanges that have been worn or altered. Modified or custom ordered garments are final sale, and, therefore, cannot be exchanged. We do not accept exchanges on costumes larger than AXL. All exchanges must have a Return Authorization before being returned and will be authorized by our customer service department. All exchanged garments are inspected upon arrival at our facility. All exchanged garments are treated as new orders and will receive the ship date available. All exchanges must be shipped at the customer’s expense. Customer service must have the original garment in hands before the exchanged one will be shipped.
Please understand that all of our costumes are custom made to order. Therefore, we occasionally experience delays beyond our control having to backorder certain items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We make every attempt to ship orders complete. If items are backordered, all items will be shipped within two weeks UPS Ground with no additional charges. If customer needs expedited shipping for backordered merchandise, the expedited shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
